  • I visited Bentonville, AR last Fall and got a small taste of the mountain biking adventures they have to offer which left me thirsting for more! I knew I had to come back but even more, I knew I HAD to share the experience with my family! ⁣ ⁣ I was lucky enough to bring Emily on this trip with me to Bentonville and she’s now just as converted as I am in my love for Bentonville! ⁣ This small city in Northwest Arkansas may not be the place you’d expect to find such an epic trail network within minutes of downtown. Bentonville is a mountain bikers playground and with trails that are accessible year round it’s currently one of the top mountain biking destinations in the United States!⁣ ⁣ We aren’t mountain bike experts by any stretch of the imagination but in Bentonville we found trails that were the perfect mix of comfortable and challenging for our skill levels. ⁣ ⁣ I have so much more to tell you about the trails in and around Bentonville and why we loved them so much but suffice it to say, if you love to mountain bike as much as we do as a family then Bentonville, AR needs to be added to your BIKE-it list ASAP!⁣ ⁣ If you have any questions you’d like answered about Bentonville, the types of trails they have to offer or planning a mountain biking vacation in general fire away in the comments or shoot me a DM!   • Last week Emily & I had the chance to get away to Bentonville, AR for a few days and we had such an awesome time! Ditching the big city crowds and spending a few days mountain biking is definitely our type of vacation.⁣ ⁣ This girl is graduating from high school soon and I’m trying to squeeze in every possible minute of quality time I can with her.   • This time last year was a season of letting things go for our family. After a stressful year and looking ahead to a cross country move, I made the conscious decision to cross a few things off of my holiday to-do list. As much as I love doing Christmas cards, it just wasn’t meant to happen, and that was ok.⁣ ⁣ Fast forward one year and we’re all settled in our new home.   • Big tears streamed down her plump cheeks, and her small frame shook with each sob.⁣ ⁣ My daughter's friend had just realized—right as her dad pulled out of the school parking lot—that she'd left her lunch and backpack in his car.⁣ ⁣ I watched as my daughter linked arms with her friend and gently guided her toward the school.
