This vegan and gluten free smoothie is full of carrots and oranges that mix with a little other fruit and coconut butter to make a delicious and vibrant nutrient rich drink packed with vitamin C, beta carotene and fiber!
Ingredients
1 cup orange, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
1 small banana (about ½ cup)
1 large carrot, peeled and diced (about ½ cup diced)
½ cup frozen pineapple pieces
¾ cup water
2 tablespoons raw coconut butter
4 ice cubes
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until pureed.
Serve immediately or place into popsicle molds for later!
