Carrot and Orange Coconut Smoothie

This vegan and gluten free smoothie is full of carrots and oranges that mix with a little other fruit and coconut butter to make a delicious and vibrant nutrient rich drink packed with vitamin C, beta carotene and fiber!
Ingredients
  • 1 cup orange, peeled and diced (about 1 cup)
  • 1 small banana (about ½ cup)
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and diced (about ½ cup diced)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple pieces
  • ¾ cup water
  • 2 tablespoons raw coconut butter
  • 4 ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until pureed.
  2. Serve immediately or place into popsicle molds for later!
