  • ½ of an avocado
  • ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup chocolate protein powder
  • ½ Tbsp honey
  • ¼ tsp peppermint extract or more if you like mint
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • ½ cup baby spinach, firmly packed
  • ½ cup ice
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa nibs or mini chocolate chips
  1. Place all ingredients except cocoa nibs in a large high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with cocoa nibs or chocolate chips if desired.
