½ of an avocado
¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
¼ cup chocolate protein powder
½ Tbsp honey
¼ tsp peppermint extract or more if you like mint
¾ cup milk of choice
½ cup baby spinach, firmly packed
½ cup ice
1 Tbsp cocoa nibs or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Place all ingredients except cocoa nibs in a large high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Garnish with cocoa nibs or chocolate chips if desired.
