We’re a family that loves to be active and spend time together outdoors. When I heard about the Color Fun Fest 5K coming to Phoenix on Saturday March 15th I was really excited to sign our family up! This family-friendly event is something we’re really looking forward to and let me tell you why!
My three oldest kids have been participating in a running club at their school for the past month and are loving it so much! The Color Fun Fest has been a great goal for them to be working towards as they run laps and record their progress each week. What: COLOR FUN FEST 5K is a color fun run that heightens positive emotions by combining a 5k fun run with the energy of electronic dance music, all while coloring the crowd with thousands of pounds of vibrant colored powder. The event is family-friendly, and features a post-run celebration.

Be super careful if you take your big camera–I know a few photogs who were hired to photograph the Denver one and had some pretty serious damage done to their cameras from the dust/grit stuff they use!
