Barn Owl Primitives Giveaway!

I’m super excited to head into the weekend with a fabulous giveaway from Barn Owl Primitives! If you’ve never heard of this darling Etsy shop that specializes in hand painted typography word art, then you’re in for a treat! Read on to find out more about Barn Owl Primitives and how you can enter to win some goodies from their shop!
Each beautiful sign from Barn Owl Primitives is hand painted by shop owner Kristi Quill. Her hand painted, wooden works of art are sold exclusively through her Etsy shop and you can find reproductions of several of her designs on canvas and paper in retail locations around the US including Target, HomeGoods, TJMaxx, Marshalls and Cost Plus World Market. I recently received the “YOU ARE MY SUNSHINE” sign from Kristi and I was instantly smitten with it! With is vintage appeal and the amazing hand painted and distressing detail, it is truly a work of art! There are so many of Kristi’s signs I’d love to hang in my home including one of her popular family rules signs or this super cute first aid sign for the bathroom!

  10. I love all her signs! i think i would get the eat dessert first sign because as i was growing up my mom had one in her kitchen and i loved it. Unfortunately eating dessert first was a rare occasion 🙂

  130. I really like this shop. I enjoyed looking at all the different signs..if I had to pick one..I would go with ‘our nest’.. it would be great to put in our bedroom since our bed is so fluffy and comfy.. it would be a great accent.. almost ‘peaceful’.

  175. You are my sunshine is my favorite. I have always sung that to my boys. Now that they are teenagers, it would be nice to hang in the hallway. It has gotten harder to sing songs like that to a 17 year old. Some days they still need that gentle reminder.
