April was a full month for us. With exams for my husband & Easter activities it felt like we were extra busy. Busy with things like…
1. Emily & Carson’s school memorization program at the Seventh Day Adventist church.
{The kids attend the Lynch Plantation Seventh Day Adventist school here on the island.}
2. A beautiful hike to a place called Venus Bay. It rained off and on during our hike & we were soaked by the time we got back but that wasn’t necessarily a bad thing. The weather is starting to get hot here already {today the temperature is 29 degrees Celsius and the humidity is 70%. Yikes!} & the cool rain was a welcome relief from the heat!
3. Addie’s preschool had a kite day & it was the highlight of Addie’s life. It was the first time she’d flown a kite & she loved it!
4. It was so much fun watching all the kids enjoy our small family Easter egg hunt, but especially watching Alivia search for eggs this year. Last Easter she was only a few months old so this was her first time taking part in all the Easter fun!
5. The kids had lots of fun dyeing Easter eggs & rolling them down the hill
