I sure can’t! Where on earth did our summer go? We stretched it out as long as we possibly could with one last vacation at the lake. We were there all last week until Sunday and then bright and early yesterday morning Emily started her first day of grade 2! Carson will be starting preschool next week and he is SO excited about it.
It’s been a really fun summer (recap coming soon) but we were all excited to be home and to be settling back into a regular routine again.
Just because summer has passed by in a blur doesn’t mean there aren’t plenty of things around here for us to look forward to in the coming months. In fact, one thing I’m really excited about is a new project I’ve been working on which will be making it’s debut early next week….
It’s a fun ebook (beautifully designed by Cathy Zielske)that features a whole load of quick and easy tips for taking better photos. I’m excited to have been given this opportunity and am looking forward to reading all of the other fabulous books the ladies at Ella Publishing have put together!

I think one of your 40 tips should be only take pictures of cute adorable kids. Because there could be anything else in your pics and I would never notice. I don’t know how you find the time and energy for all this! You are awesome!
