It took some work but I am SO excited to be caught up over on my Project 365 blog! I’ve never stopped taking the pictures it was getting the pictures posted on my blog that got put on the back burner there for a while. Sorting through all those photos over the past few days has got me thinking about what exactly I’m going to do with them all when this year is over.
I think I’m going to put them all together in a Shutterfly Book. Wouldn’t that be so fun! They have some amazing designs and endless options over there at Shutterfly, my goodness!
How would you like to make a shutterfly book with me? If you would then leave a comment on this post telling me if you are already a shutterfly user why you love it so much OR if you haven’t ever tried them out (which you should!) tell me what project you’d love to put together into a photo book and you’ll be entered to win a code for a free Shutterfly book!
Good luck everyone! Contest closes tonight at 10pm.

I DO use shutterfly, but I have yet to make a book. I’ve been thinking about it just this week how I’d love to make a book for each of my kids AND my grandpa died this past year and my mom has put hundreds of old pictures on shutterfly that we can sort through and pick from. I’d love to have a Grandpa book too. It would be super fun to do it WITH someone as well. So….pick me….again!! LOL. Thanks Rebecca! You’re the best!

I would love to put my project 365 together in a shutterfly book,
I am so proud that I have kept up with taking a picture a day.
This sucks because I am the first one to leave a comment, and we all know the number 1 never comes up in those random number thingees.

I never thought about doing project 365 in a shutterfly book. Great idea!
I would like to make a family reunion book on Shutterfly. My family would love that! Or also a baby book for my 2nd daughter…or a family recipe book…how can I choose?
Stacey says
I have never made a shutterfly book, but would LOVE to make a project 365 one. That would be awesome. Thanks for the chance to win and I love your blog!

I have been pretty good about posting my project 365 this year, which I’m really proud of because usually I don’t complete project very well! Thanks for the chance.

I just checked out their website and it is so cool! Obviously I’m not a user, but the possibilities of Christmas presents alone are endless! Thanks for the ideas!

I have made one shutterfly photobook and my boys LOVE to look at their photos in it! I definitely need to start making more of them!
Amy says
I absolutely LOVE Shutterfly books. The first one I made right after our Disney World trip with our 3 and 5 year old girls. I love that is feels and looks just like a storybook. It would have taken me months to get just the right sizes of photos and scrapbook those pictures. Again, I absolutely LOVE Shutterfly books!!!
Wendy Inman says
I’d love to put together a Disney album 🙂
KristiGilbert says
I use shutterfly, but haven’t made a book yet. If I win, I want to make a book documenting my daughter’s (named Rebecca!) first year of life in photos. She’ll be 3 in January, so I really should get this done soon!!

I just looked at some of your project 365 pictures – they are all awesome!! I LOVE the ballet picture of Emily and the feet pic of Addie!
I used Shutterfly a while ago, but I haven’t used it in a while. My wonderful husband made a book a few years ago for our anniversary.
I would LOVE to put my Project 365 photos in a Shutterfly book – how fun!!

I think a Shutterfly book would be wonderful! I was thrilled with how fast and easy it was to put together a scrapbook about our years spent at our current home. (We may move next summer.) I was also impressed with the quality. Definitely go for the 12 X 12 size!
Also, I got mine 50% off as they sometimes have sales or coupons.
Love the photos!!

I never have used it, but have seen them around, and would love to make a book- not sure what about, but I am sure I could come up with something fun!

I would love to make my youngest a baby book via shutterfly. I scrapped my other three’s babyhoods and then switched to blogging so poor youngest doesn’t have his own book…yet! 🙂
Alison says
I have never made a Shutterfly book but I would love to try it out. I keep thinking about it but never quite get to it.
We live a long way from many family members, so I’d love to make a book with a page for each family member. It would help my kids get to know them better (at least by name and face!).
Melissa says
I love shutterfly! I have used them to make books, Christmas cards and just orders prints. It’s a great web site.
staptausha says
A shutterfly book would be the perfect way to capture the “carter-isms” we experience everyday and I have been diligent in writing them down but not at sharing them with the long distance family members who want to hear them so much too. Putting them with a picture of the age and stage he was at when he said it, will be far too precious. I have used shutterfly once before and know they allow for such a fun idea. thanks!
Linda 85 says
I have never used Shutterfly, but my cousin does and makes beautiful books. I would love to try. Thanks for giving me a chance!

Hi Rebecca,
You are a huge inspiration… thanks for sharing all that you do.
I have never used shutterfly, as I tend to call myself a “scrapbooker”… however I have yet to make one for me. They all tend to be gifts for others… as I love to give. So if I get a chance… I think that I would love to put together a photobook of my boys. I have 2… my oldest being almost 7… so… it’s time!! Thanks for sharing. Nicole

I love shutterfly too. I have made several small books for gifts, cards and this year for christmas I am making a calendar. I would love to make a book. I can’t justify the expense right now. My husband has been out of work for over a year now. What are the pumpking things? pancakes? cookies? They look really neat!
rebecca says
the pumpkin things are pumpkin pancakes (just a little bit of food coloring added to the pancake batter.) Simple but the kids loved it!

Just too many things to choose from!

I haven’t done a shutterfly books but I saw one a friend did and thought it was so cool. It sounds like it would be pretty quick and easy (compared to a traditional scrapbook) so that sounds good to me! I think I would do a year in review or something like that.

I have made a few shutterfly books and loved them! I was just thinking I would love to make some sort of year in review book or a 365 project book. I get all these ideas and now I just need to make it happen. 🙂
Just wanted to say too that I recently purchased your “Real.Life.Scrapbooking.” book and absolutely love it! I love your style! I look at it over and over again. I am really trying to take a simpler approach to scrapbooking now so I can hopefully get more of my memories on pages and in albums. Thanks so much! You have really inspired me!

I’m really glad you did this post today, because it reminded me of my GOAL to get a Shutterfly photobook done!! I am really looking forward to getting started on the “Celebrate Everyday Life” photobook by Ali Edwards. Here’s hoping….

I have never made a shutterfly book but I am going to make a Senior Class memory book at our Homeschool. I will be ordering about 40 books. This will be a fun and rewarding project.
Rorie says
I am a member of Shutterfly, but I don’t think I’ve ever created a book there. I want to, I just can’t ever decide what pictures I’d want to use.
Heather Papolos says
I am a member and love the site. I’ve created two books for myself – the year in review kind though I have not been anywhere as good as doing the 365 project. If I won, I’d use the book to make a class album for my child’s teacher. Right now I use the site most to host the class website. I post all the photos from the ‘fun Friday’ activities for all the other parents to view and order.

I LOVE shutterflly!!! We have made a few books here and there… they have amazing customer service!! I accidentally deleted photos from an album, which had already been deleted from my computer years before, and they found them…. they back-up their site just like we should be backing up our photos. It was so awesome to have my photos back… and it was my error they fixed no questions ;o)

I love Shutterfly books! In fact, I’m in the middle of creating one now as a gift. I’ve been making them for a couple of years now instead of ordering prints & filling albums – so much more compact.

I did a shutterfly book 2 yrs ago, using Ali Edwards Everday Life template. I LOVE to look back through it, even now it seems like a lifetime ago… I loved capturing our ‘every day’. It sometimes seems so mundane, yet even now things have changed so much. Doing a 365 day book would be AWESOME. Something to consider January 1st 2010.
