my AMAZING contributors:

THE talented Beth Proudfoot, fellow contributing editor for Simple Scrapbooks magazine and the cutest little pregnant girl you ever did see! Beth writes articles for Simple and her lovely work graces the pages of the magazine regularly.

THE amazing Margaret Scarborough, another contributing editor for Simple, mother of the most darling boys EVER! Margaret was also a fellow contributor to Beautiful Basics with me and Beth and her work can always be found inside Simple somewhere! I just love her style so much.

THE photographer extraordinaire Moon Ko, who’s work just draws you in immediately. Not only because of her beautiful photos and those two beautiful girls of hers but her sense of humor is out of this world! I just love this girl! Moon has been published with Simple Scrapbooks before.

THE lovely Sara Winnick. I have adored her work for a long time, her cute, simple style is just so lovable! Just one look at her gallery here and I know you’ll fall in love with her style too just as Simple has. Sara has had a couple of pages featured in the magazine as well.

THE oh-so-sweet Melissa Deakin. I’ve known Melissa for a while now, ever since…well how did we ever ‘meet’ Melissa? I can’t even remember now….but I’ve loved her work for ALWAYS! So classy, so feminine – and she maintains this beautiful style of hers all while running a household full of boys!

and last but not least

THE wonderful Teresa Olier. A Simple Gal and another amazing photographer Teresa’s style is so clean and so fresh. She is featured regularly in Simple Scrapbooks magazine and there is NO doubt why! She’s amazing!

I’m so excited for you all to see all the work these ladies have put into their projects (I’m raving I know – but I just can’t help it!!) such inspiring stuff! I tell ya!

I believe Ashley had a question about having contributors in my book and after going back and forth on that decision at first I did finally decide to ask these six ladies to help me out. For two reasons:

1. The timeframe I had to complete enough projects to fill an entire book all by myself felt overwhelming especially given the amount of actual scrapbook time I get in any given day (which isn’t a lot) and how slow a scrapbooker I am. I needed help and so I asked for it – and thanks so much ladies for being so willing to help out!

2. I don’t think you can ever go wrong incorporating a variety of different styles and viewpoints other than your own and this is especially what I wanted. I have a pretty defined style and I wanted to add a little something different to the mix and the varying styles/talents of these ladies does that perfectly. I think these ladies have added SO much to the book!

I hand picked each one of these ladies and emailed them one day out of the blue asking if they’d like to join me on this adventure and I was thrilled when every one of them said yes. Some of them I work with already, others I have just always admired their scrapbooking style and I thought you would too!

So there is a quick intro! Pop in and say hi to any one of these lovely ladies – they are all so sweet and would love to hear from you and I’m excited for you to get to know them even better when the book comes out (which should be JUNE 8 by the way!! YAY!!!!)
