Just borrowing a couple of older photos this week – I didn’t pull the camera out nearly as much as usual, but I’ve been snacking on this yummy fresh coconut all week and loving it! The kids don’t like to eat it, but watching dad crack a coconut open with the machete is always a novelty! Island life is treating us well. The kids had a couple of days off school this week and we spent some fun time at the beach. I’ve been working on that big project I was telling you about, its been keeping me extra busy and I can’t wait to share it with you!
