Here’s a peek at our latest craft project….
Using Cillastix Autumn Leaves digi elements we created this fun thanksgiving leaf garland. The kids loved this super simple project and so did I!
Let me tell you just how simple it was…
1. Open the autumn leaves digital elements in your photo editing software.
2. Add some text to your leaves as pictured above with a blank line to write on.
3. Cut out your leaves {I added in a handful of leaves cut out of book paper too}
and write some things that you’re thankful for on them.
4. Punch two holes at the top of each leaf and string them on a length of twine.
That’s it!
Super simple, but the finished garland turned out so cute. The kids loved every step of this project, from recording things they were thankful for, to stringing the leaves. Operating the hole punch was a big highlight too. Go figure. 😉
Hope you enjoyed this quickie little project. 🙂
Have a great a great weekend everyone!

Love it Rebecca! I made a leaf garland with silk leaves that I clipped along with a note with something we were thankful for writton it to a ribbon. I like how yours is so much simpler to put together. Mine got a little heavy as the month went on.
