Family Friendly Piña Colada Recipe – a delicious and refreshing Summer drink for the whole family to enjoy! The perfect blend of pineapple, coconut and sweet, slushy goodness to help you cool off on those hot Summer days!

Our Vitamix gets a lot of use throughout the year, but never more than in the hot Summer months! Today I’m sharing one of our family’s most loved Summer treats – Piña Coladas! We love to have these as a special treat when the temperature starts to rise and they’re so easy to make!

A delicious and refreshing Summer drink for the whole family to enjoy!

Serves: 6
Ingredients
  • 1 Can Crushed Pineapple
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • ¼ Cup Sugar (optional)
  • 4-5 Cups Ice (until blender is full)
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high until smooth.
  2. Pour into cups. Garnish with fresh pineapple if you want and enjoy!
  3. Serves 6.

    This is simply fabulous! I don’t do alcohol and have been looking for non alcoholic beverages to enjoy this summer at our pool parties. This is just perfect as I happen to LOVE pineapple! Thanks, Rebecca!
