I love quotes & over the years I’ve collected hundreds {and hundreds} of them! I have them bookmarked on the internet, copied & pasted into an unorganized word document & scribbled on scrap pieces of paper scattered about my house. They’re so totally disorganized and I knew I needed to come up with a better solution. Something that would make it easier to find one when I needed it & a better way to enjoy & be inspired by my favorite quotes daily.
My solution: create a photo album filled with 4″ X 6″ quote cards that I could display in my home to be read often & look pretty at the same time! So many of my favorite quotes have inspired me at different times in my life when I needed them most and they mean a lot to me, so I thought they deserved a special place of their very own. I like the idea of putting them in a regular photo album so they can easily be taken in and out & displayed on the fridge or elsewhere around the house for daily inspiration & because they are a standard 4″ X 6″ size, printing them will be easy and inexpensive.

What a great idea to make 4×6 cards of your favorite quotes! I keep telling myself to scrap a mini album with some of mine but your idea is so much easier! Thanks for sharing.

Thank for this great idea! I have quotes stored everywhere and wanted to put a journal together with all of them, but this is a really nice idea. These could also be “gifted” in a card for a birthday or special occasion. Can you share how you created them on box.com?

Ahhh, I am a quote collector as well! I have loved a good quote since middle school! You should look at my quote page on pinterest. Also, I am planning on having a quote swap on my blog…something cool to be done w/ quotes. I love your idea! It is a really good one.

I love quotes as well. Last week I went to a high school graduation and I wished I had a pencil and paper with me as so many speakers said great quotes.

Your blog is AWESOME! You are very talented and creative. I found it via a picture in Pinterest, and I now have it bookmarked for regular reading. I am downloading the snapshot quote to put in a frame on a photo gallery wall in my family room. The color is perfect! Thanks!

I am still a paper scrapper and haven’t journeyed into the wonderful world of digi-scrapping yet, but I was wondering what you did to design and print the quote cards? I can see me using A LOT of colored ink to print those…or can I send them out to be developed like pictures? Thanks, Rebecca – I love your blog!

@Lisa E.
great question Lisa…I actually made the quote cards 4X6 so you can simply upload them to your favorite photo developer and have them printed. Super easy and even easier on the budget! 🙂 Rebecca
