Founded by sisters Jenny Cochran and Jane Delaney, the goal of E-Meals is to provide:
Delicious family friendly recipes
Ingredients bought on special and/or at the best price available
An easy and stress free home-cooked dinner
Emeals relies on a team of experienced meal planners, writers and editors to create new dinner menus every week that are designed around grocery store sales, seasonal specials and diet preferences. For $5.00 per month, subscribers download a recipe plan for the week with a matching aisle-by-aisle grocery list. The easy-to-follow recipes usually contain fewer than seven ingredients to allow for prep times of less than 30 minutes. It also helps families stay within a predictable budget by being prepared with a detailed list to use at the grocery store.
Our family has loved using eMeals and have discovered some really great recipes that have now become family favourites! We use the low-fat, any store menu and last year I shared one of our favourite recipes for Fat Free Bean Chalupas. Today, thanks to eMeals, I’m excited to share one of our latest recipe favs!
Double Banana Whole Wheat Pancakes:
We had these pancakes for lunch and they were a big hit with the whole family! Delicious, healthy and so filling compared to regular pancakes. Definitely throwing this recipe into our regular rotation of recipes!

I follow you on my Google Reader, that’s how I got to this post 🙂
I have always wondered whether Emeals would be a good solution for me though I am in the Philippines. My fear is that some ingredients may not be as readily available here. A free 3-month subscription is a wonderful chance to give it a try! 🙂

What a great idea to have meals already sorted out for you! I admit, I NEED something like this as a mother of 2 and wife to a Pastor of a young church. My family comes first and I want to ensure they are fed nutritious meals that don’t necessarily break the bank. If I get some like eMeals, I can spend more time just being WITH the kids and enjoying them instead of just mothering them from a distance (like the stove or the kitchen sink).

This would be a dream for me and my family! My husband is getting ready to start his participation in the first ever clinical trial in the US (!) of the Artificial Pancreas for Type 1 Diabetics. Sadly, this will leave me and my 15 month old son home alone and fending for ourselves at dinnertime(bowl of cereal, anyone?) We’re also both working parents, and don’t get to spend every day at home with our baby, and would much rather spend time with him than a ton of time in the kitchen planning meals! We would love this!!

For us Baseball & Now Gymnastics season is upon us and dinners become not the healthiest and I would love to be able to have recipes I would be able to wipe up that not only would be fast but good for my family. Thanks so much the chance.

As a busy mother of three youngsters this would be a huge help to me. My biggest challenge in today’s environment is getting foods and meals that my whole family will enjoy and can eat. Three out of five have food allergies and they are all different. It’s difficult to find true healthy recipes that are kid friendly and easy to prepare. I would love to give emealz a try!

It’s not really me who needs the subscription, it’s my husband. He is sick of coming home to dinner that is sandwiches, cereal, or leftovers!
