I seriously love everything about this shot – do you have a remote trigger? That’d be super helpful!
And here’s to another wonderful photo! I love your work!
Beautiful! How do you get it to focus with the self timer? I have tried several times to click, run to get in the frame and then it comes out blurry. Gah.
Rebecca, this pic is darling! Someday we’ll see our sidewalks again – I hope!
What a beautiful shot! Time well spent. 🙂
BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I’ve used my self-timer quite a bit, but I can never achieve the angles you get. More practice! 🙂 You’re inspiring!
have never used the self timer, a tripod, or a remote — I need to! This picture is wonderful and I should get into a shot with my kids more often.
I love love love this photo!!
I just want one photography lesson from you!lol
That is beautiful!
@lesley
Lesley…what I did was had my daughter sit down in the spot where we’d be for the photo, composed the shot, locked the focus on her (press your shutter down halfway til it beeps) then pressed it all the way to start the timer then ran like a mad woman to get in the shot myself. It took a few tries & provided some entertainment for the neighbors I’m sure! 😉
Her hair is so pretty…that blonde…love it!
That is one great photo. It reminds me that it is time to breakout the sidewalk chalk. 🙂
This is beautiful. I need to brave the self timer.
