…how fast 7 weeks can fly by without even knowing it (I honestly thought Addie was only 6 weeks old this week but come to find out she’s SEVEN! AH! I totally lost track? Is this what happens after three!? You just lose track of things like…uh…THEIR AGE?? apparently the lack of sleep around here is affecting me a little more than I thought.)
…that I showered AND get this….got dressed today! No wait there’s more….AND I put on makeup! Woohoo for me! VERY woohoo for me!
…where an entire day can go that is spent doing nothing other than changing diapers, reading books, playing cars, nursing baby, bouncing baby, snuggling up on the couch for a nap with baby and big brother, fixing snacks, nursing baby, bouncing baby, reading more books, watching Diego…and repeat.
…how great it is that I don’t have to wash my dishes in the bathtub anymore. YAY!!!! We have a kitchen sink and a dishwasher! Now, the plywood countertops we have right now…not so amazing.

Oh Rebecca, she’s just GORGEOUS! And I’m totally chuckling at your post as a mother of three herself who’s youngest are 14 months apart 😉
I remember so clearly my best friend calling me when my 2nd was born and asking how I was doing. My standard reply was “it’s 5 o’clock and we’re both still alive. and today was a good day – I got a SHOWER!”
I don’t think she ever understood, but her new daughter will be 1 month Saturday and now? Now she totally gets it! lol

She is the cutest thing EVAH! Looks just like her big brother.
Congrats on the shower and getting dressed. Luckily these days my make-up regimen is Aveeno lip balm and a smear of oatmeal across my chin, courtesy of my 14-month-old.
Three is a whole different world than two. Three sometimes feels like ten. Or 37.
Now, I don’t think I’m speaking only for myself, but, in between all the feeding and book reading and daiper changing, can you post more pictures of Addie please? Thanks. =)

When my second baby was a baby and people asked how old she was I could never remember so I’d just say “she’s a baby!”

She is so cute, and I was wondering if you would mind me stealing this photo for our photo gallery on our website. if you don’t want me to no worries. She couldn’t get any cuter!
