So, who else has been trying to step in front of the camera and get in some photos with their kids in honour of Mother’s Day? A few weeks ago I issued you this challenge and the photos you’ve shared with me so far are beautiful and inspiring! You still have ten days left before Mother’s Day to get in some photos with your kids, and remember, I want to see your photos if you do! Email them to me, send me a link or stop by and share your photos on my facebook page, then go link up with Emily’s weekly Embrace the Camera post each Thursday! I can’t wait to see YOU and I’ll be featuring some of your photos on my blog next week as part of our celebration of Mother’s Day. 🙂
I’m embracing the camera this week with my sweet Addie girl. She’s had a rough go the last couple of weeks with a little backyard accident involving a gate that ripped her big toenail off. It was so sad. 🙁 She’s been healing up so quickly and it makes me so happy to see that sweet smile of hers!

Have a great day everyone!
Thank you for the printables…absolutely lovely.
Oh no! I’m so sorry to hear about your girl’s big toe! During our move to England, I dropped a piece of furniture on my food and I swear it took six months (no kidding!) for the bruising and nail damage to heal. I was shocked! Most days it didn’t hurt but a long walk could bring on tenderness even months after it happened. Aww, I so sympathize for your Addie and hope her healing is speedier than mine!
Your printables are very cute. Even I shared a printable for Mother’s day at this link :

These printables are amazing. I’m not sure if it is because I am exhausted after being up all night with a sick little one while being sick myself, or if it is just that touching, but “I smiled while happiness tugged at my skirt” has me tearing up every time I read it. Just beautiful.
beautiful picture! thanks for the photo ideas
Ouch! Poor girl, glad she’s healing! Beautiful photo.
Thanks for the great mother printables… I have a friend that needs a lift I think I will print it off and give it to her.
Hope your little girl is feeling better asap.
Thank you so much for this post. I want to let you know that I posted a link to your blog in CBH Digital Scrapbooking Freebies (please, notice the new url for my blog), under the Page 6 post on May. 04, 2012. Thanks again.
A beautiful photo of you and Addie. I really want to get my tripod out to shoot this weekend!
What a warm smile your little girl has! Sorry to hear about her toe! 🙁 I’m glad she’s feeling better. And thank you for the list of 50 photo ideas! I definitely plan on using it!
