Carson will be 1 year old tommorow. Ahhhhhh!! I canNOT believe this year has gone by so fast. It’s been a whirlwind actually. A new baby, my husband starting out in his career, building a new home…we definately need a breather! So we’ll be having a par-tee this saturday with all the family – mine & Randal’s families both live close (his parents live reeeally close – as in next door) so we’ll have a houseful. It should be fun. I got Carson a little boy work bench complete with tools…he’s such a little manly man – I think he’ll love it. He loves to carry things around with him all day hitting stuff…so if anything, the workbench should give him something else to hit besides the t.v. or his sister.
Hard to believe I went through most of my pregnancy with him thinking he was a she! Poor little guy was brought home from the hospital wrapped in a pink blanket with a pink binky. 🙁
But despite his girly start – this boy has turned into the biggest BOY I have ever seen! Ya. Check out that shiner! He & the coffee table had a little run in the other day. I love my little guy & he sure loves his mama…which in turn makes me love him even more! Happy birthday (tommorow) to Carson. Love you sweet boy.

How funny…that happened with me and my little monkey…Jakob Marshall was supposed to be Madisson Leigh…after the first ultrasound, I was told it was a girl, but I didnt believe it…it was still kinda hard to tell…but after the fourth….I started to believe…and here we are no Madisson, but we have Jakob…so go figure….
