These yogurt pancakes aren’t anything fancy, but what they lack in fancy they sure make up for in taste! We love to eat these little pancakes Christmas morning served with homemade buttermilk syrup.

Sounds yummy! But, how much is a square of butter? I am “googling” it and see anything from 1 Tbsp to 1/2 cup!

So this morning, I decided to try your recipe, and by far, both my husband and my son decided this was a keeper! I also enjoyed it too! My question to you is…. how many times do you double, tripple this recipe to feed your family of 6?
This recipe will definitely be used often! Thanks for sharing!

I also have the question… how much is a square? I ended up using 1/4 cup!

I’m pretty sure it’s 1/2 a cup but we ended up using less. Sorry for the confusion. 🙂

These sound divine. Do you beat the egg whites first with a mixer and then add them in or do you just add them in? Thanks…sounds so yummy! [email protected]
