What is in your CD player right now? What do you listen to when you need to relax? how about when you scrapbook?

You must be excited about the new house being so close to being finished?!! what colour schemes do you favour (paint wise etc) and how do you display your favourite photographs (when not in a scrapbook!)That’s 2 questions!!! The NINE months pregant excuse and great one (and very very real!) Especially when it comes to eating icecream, and chocolate….when you are NINE mths along you are allowed to do or NOT do anything you darned well want to do, or suffer the consequences! Cheers!Sharon

I just finished reading your book this morning and I actually had a few questions. Perfect timing. 🙂
– How did you print your Family Memories Game? Did you print the green “back” on cardstock and then adhere the photos, or was it done another way?
– How did you develop your photography skills? Books? Camera manual? Classes? Trail and error?
– How do you have so many great photos of yourself? Are they taken by another photographer in your family?
With the goal of reading what’s already on my bookshelves and spending a little less money, my 2007 New Year’s resolution was to not buy ANY books or magazines, with the exception of those bought as gifts. (I’ve only cheated once, which is somewhat incredible for me.)
Q: So therefore, how did I acquire your book?
A: I helped my friend design and print wedding programs for a wedding she was in. She insisted on compensating me in someway for my time and I first suggested that she could get me a gift certificate to a local scrapbook store. I then asked if she could just get me your book instead, since I’m considering extending the resolution for one more year.
I really enjoyed your book. I love the beauty and simplicity of your layouts, how you use pattern paper and stretch supplies. The information on how to print custom-sized photos was also very helpful.
Thanks for sharing.

hi rebecca. i am from all the way across the world in penang, malaysia. and so i’ve never commented thinking we’re worlds apart. but i’ve been reading your book and it’s really inspiring me. i work at a scrapbook store. sometimes the layouts i make for samples arent “real”. they’re you know..”samples”. a little censored, a little contrived. a little gasp..fake!
i will be switching gears here, even if my stuff will be for public viewing, i want to be real.
i wanna say emily is soo adorable, i hope when i have a little girl she’ll mirror me that much.
hope everything goes well with the new delivery and God bless.
CONGRATULATIONS in advance. cos when it happens you’ll have tons of comments and won’t notice mine=p

Hi Rebecca! You are just too adorable for words…and 9 months pregnant to boot!
I have a question – what do you do with the pictures you don’t scrapbook? Which computer program do you use to store and organize your pictures?

Suggestions for scrapbook pages that don’t revolve around the holidays or special events. I am running out of ideas. I have done a “my fav things” and each kid has their own scrapbook. I have done wall hangings. But I am looking to spruce up the family book with everyday occurances, but scrappin things like watching tv and homework kind of bore me.

My question is… What lens do you prefer when taking your pics?!

Since you asked, there is a question I’ve been meaning to ask . . . I am wanting to get more advanced in my photography and want to invest in a “fancy” camera. What do you use and/or recommend?
