could not come soon enough I tell ya! We are headed to Utah to visit friends on friday and getting ready to leave this week has proven to be pretty crazy. Could it possibly be crazier than a 12 hour drive in the car with two children under 3? Probably not. But I’m crossing that bridge when I come to it.
So this week has been laundry, laundry, laundry. Photoshoots. Swimming. Lot’s of popsicles. Staying up WAY too late proofing photos. Watching So you think you can dance. Coming to grips with the fact that I am getting old. 😉
Only kidding! 28 hasn’t been bad so far! Thank you so much to all of you for the happy birthday wishes!! Meant so much. I had fun friday night going to see Phantom of the Opera with my mom and my sister. It was awesome! I absolutely love that music!
Then I crashed at my parents house friday night and got to sleep in saturday morning (if you call 9am sleeping in – what ever happened to those days when I used to be able to sleep in until noon as a teenager??)
Saturday we just had a nice day at home as a family. Randal took Emily golfing with him so I could have a little time to myself while Carson napped. Loved it.
Oh, oh.And there was chocolate cake. Mmmmmmmmmmm. 🙂
So this very well may be my last post until I get back. Got a tonne to do tommorow and then we leave friday.

1.I’m heading out on vacation – tomorrow morning at 7:00. I’m not done packing and it is midnight!
2.I went to phantom with my sis and mom last week and LOVED it.
3.Only saw a bit of “so you think you can dance” cause I had to finish laundry and start packing.

Oooh, ENJOY it!!! We drove from Coast to Coast and back to the middle when we moved, probably about 90 hours in the car during 4 weeks and our kids were angelic! Wishing you the same!
